COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. THE PROMOTER

   1. The Competition with chance is operated by RPGT EVENTS LTD (trading as RPG Taverns) (“Promoter”) at [Unit 5, Kings Wharf, 301 Kingsland Road, London, United Kingdom, E8 4DS].

2. The Competition

   1. The entrant fulfilling the requirements in section 5.1 will be the Winner to the Competition. (“Competition”).

3. THE PRIZE

   1. The prize consists of:

• 3D Printing and Custom Painting of 1x character miniature (25mm base size, winner must provide the STL)

• Digital portrait/artwork of 1x player character

• 1x set of custom polyhedral dice set

• 1x RPG Taverns branded dice tray

• The Winner may not exchange or redeem the prizes for cash.

• RPG Taverns reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize at any time.

1. The Prize will be won by the Winner on Instagram.

2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice.

1. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

   1. The Competition runs on Instagram between 06:00 pm (GMT+1/BST) on August 28th 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 06:00 pm (GMT+1/BST) on September 25th 2026 (the “Closing Date”) (the “Competition Period”).

   2. No entries or likes received before the Opening Date or after Competition End will be accepted.

   3. To enter the Competition with chance, Entrants must :

1. By submitting a comment, the Entrants agree to:

• Assign to the Promoter their intellectual property rights in the comment with full title guarantee and undertake to execute any documents and perform such acts as may be necessary to give full effect to this assignment.

• Waive all moral rights to the comment, including the story or tale accompanying it, under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, as amended, and under all similar legislation in force globally, both now and in the future.

• Grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full duration of any intellectual property and moral rights in the comment, including any aspects of the story or tale accompanying it that cannot be assigned. This licence allows the Promoter to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format, and sub-license the comment and any related materials for its intended purposes.

1. The Entrant confirms and warrants that:

• The comment is not defamatory and does not infringe upon third-party rights.

• The comment or the likes are not a product of artificial intelligence or bots.

1. By entering the Competition, Winners will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. 

2. By entering the Competition, Entrants grant the Promoter a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and worldwide licence to publish his/her/their entry and any accompanying material in any and all media, including but not limited to online, social media, television and print. In particular, by entering the Competition, the Winner agrees to the Promoter publishing instagram handle, and to participate in any reasonable publicity that the Promoter may require in connection with the Competition, including on www.rpgtaverns.com, social media channels and on any kind of event made by the Promoter.

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

   1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.

   2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Competition is not open to

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition with chance or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

1. Entry to the Competition is limited to one entry per person on Instagram.

2. The Winner must be eligible to claim the Prize that he/she/they may win. 

3. The Promoter may require the Entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition with chance. 

4. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible or incomplete. 

5. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. (by “person” the Promoter identifies an Instagram account). 

6. The Entrants shall indemnify the Promoter and keep the Promoter fully and effectively indemnified against all actions, costs, demands, losses, claims and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature arising from any actual or threatened breach or non-performance of any of the warranties, representations, undertakings or obligations on the Entrants’ part contained in these terms and conditions.

1. AWARDING AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE

   1. Winner Selection Criteria:

• Random selection through a third party tool will select the Winner.

1. Notification of Winners:

• The Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram.

• Unclaimed Prizes:

• If a Winner fails to claim their prize within 1 week of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate Winner.

• The alternate Winner will be determined based on the same criteria.

1. Instructions on how to redeem the prize will be provided to the Winners via email or private message.

1. LIABILITY

   1. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for any incomplete or illegible entries or any entries not received or corrupted during transmission, for whatever reason.

   2. Promoter has no liability for system failures on any third party websites.

   3. Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained, whether arising from any Winner’s or Entrants’ negligence, in connection with the Competition with chance and/or Prize.

2. DATA PROTECTION

   1. RPGT EVENTS LTD acts as the Data Controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

   2. Personal data (Name, postal address) is collected solely to administer the draw and dispatch the Prize.

   3. Public Winner Announcement: By entering, entrants acknowledge that if selected as the winner, their Instagram handle (e.g., @username) will be published publicly in a post and/or story on the @rpgtaverns Instagram account to announce the outcome of the draw.

   4. To comply with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) transparency rules, the winner’s surname and county will be made available upon reasonable request. Entrants may object to this details disclosure by contacting info@rpgtaverns.com, though the Promoter must still provide information to the ASA if legally requested.

   5. Public contact details (e.g., email addresses) will never be posted publicly. All collected data will be securely deleted within 30 days of prize delivery.

3. FINAL PROVISION

   1. The Competition with chance is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

   2. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition with chance, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value without notice.

   4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta from all liability related to this draw.
